The Apples of Gold program is based on the principles taught in Titus 2:3-5, which teaches six ways to enhance our spiritual and personal lives, the lives of our family members and the lives of those around us.  Throughout the time spent together, you can enjoy practical ideas to help with cooking skills, relational skills, homemaking skills, and sharing hospitality with others. Bible Study & Prayer

Bible StudyBible Studies are the core of the Women's Ministry program at Colonial.

Surrendered Hearts

Pour out your heart like water before the face of the Lord, lift up your hands toward Him for the lives of your children.  Lamentations 2:19

Surrendered Hearts is a women's prayer group designed to share each other's burden for teenage and/or adult children who are not walking with the Lord.  For one year, members commit to meet monthly in each other's homes.  The book The Hope of a Homecoming by Brendan O'Rourke and DeEtte Sauer is offered as a resource for discussion.  Morning and evening groups are available.  Please contact Nancy Siedschlag if you are interested in joining a prayer group.  Phone: 772-8373; E-mail: surrenderedhearts@yahoo.com

The Colonial Library wants to help you grow as a woman of faith.  There is a special interest section just for women and hours to serve you during the week.  Take home a varied selection of books, DVDs, or CDs by your favorite authors and speakers.  Located on the first floor of the Children's Center, CC123 and on the web at http://library.colonial.org/opac/colonial/

Sun: 9:am-12:30pm, 5:00-5:45 pm, 7:00-7:45pm

Leadership Team

The Advisory Team is a small group of women selected from the Women’s Council to pray, discuss, plan and set the direction and policies for the Women’s Ministry of Colonial.  They meet once a month

Ministry Council includes a leader from each ministry, plus women who represent, promote and maintain a link to areas of administrative support and Ministry resources.  We meet once a quarter.......more

Sweet Thursday - A Social Gathering for Women

Sweet Thursday is a non-threatening outreach program for your unsaved or unchurched friend or neighbor.  Each month there is a speaker which addresses issues of interest to women of all ages and stages in life.
